Now hold two dumbbells in get into a push up position and lift your left or right arm up and push with other hand down and then again with the other hand, and your core will need to stabilize itself. This will make you use more muscles in your upper body and increase your metabolic rate more than any ab specific exercises would do.
Barbell push and press
Grab a barbell with an overhand grip while sitting in a squat position. Now lift the barbell up to shoulder height and do this really quickly and hold it there, and then push it up over your head.
Next you want to reverse the movement from over your head to shoulder position back to your thighs and then to the ground and pause for a 2-3 seconds and repeat it again.
If you don’t have a barbell you can do this with dumbbells as well.

With snatch exercises you are lifting a weight all the way from the floor to a position over your head, this way you perform a lot of work and you increase the intensity of your workout a lot.
Which means you train more muscle groups of your body so you increase your resting metabolic rate more which is way better for burning fat then if you would do single ab exercises. And this way you will get quicker to a low body-fat percentage.
Hold your dumbbell in one arm positioned in the middle of your stance while you are down in the bottom of the deadlift position. Keep your non-working hand in a fist positioned on your lower back to keep your entire body tight.
Make sure you keep your back flat and your eyes fixed straight ahead, and tension in your straight arm to be used. Lift the weight explosively above your head in one quick performed movement, keeping the weight close to your body all the way up, it should be a fluid movement from the floor straight above your head.
Then get back to the floor with your arm and immediately lift it up again for the next rep.
When you complete 10 reps immediately do 10 reps with your other hand.
To do this exercises your body uses a lot of muscles to perform this which makes it one of the best exercises to increase your metabolic rate and fat-burning hormones which makes you lose body-fat very fast.
The vast majority of people think when they do specific abs exercises they will flatten their stomach and get six pack abs but it doesn’t work that way.
Your body needs to have a low body-fat percentage to have visible ab muscles and you can’t get a low body-fat percentage just by doing abs exercises.

Lay on the ground and lift your legs and hips 90° of the ground and your head and shoulders too and your hands touching your head. Now crunch the right side of your upper boddy by moving your right elbow towards your left knee, this should be done simultaneously by moving your elbow and knee towards each other. And then do the same with your left elbow and right knee.
On my picture you can see the right leg is flat on the floor, the best for you to do is lift your legs slightly of the ground and your hips and knees on a 90° angle.
As I said before this is only to work your abs and get them harder NOT to lose stomach fat.
